High Court Judge David Hodge of England has said Mr. A H Dalmia was an unsatisfactory witness.
Mr. A H Dalmia is of Renaissance Group. His son is Mr. Abhishek Dalmia who is responsible for Revathi Equipment Ltd.
Mr. A H Dalmia, representing Harry International Investment Company lost a High Court battle in Manchester, England which lasted over two years in August 2010.
There were many contradictions as to what he put in his Witness Statement followed by an oath and what he said in the Witness Box. The Honourable High Court Judge dismissed Mr. Dalmia's statement and dismissed his claim.
